Antitrust Disclaimer
The Association, its members and the observers shall not enter into any discussion, activity or conduct that may infringe any applicable competition law rule. By way of example, members shall not discuss, communicate or exchange any commercially sensitive information, in particular nonpublic information relating to prices, turnover, marketing and advertising strategy, costs and revenues as well as trading terms and conditions with third parties, including purchasing strategy, terms of supply, trade programs or distribution strategy.
In the event any party ever feels that the discussions is headed into such an area, it should raise the issue immediately. Further discussion of such matters can be suspended pending receipt of advice satisfactory to the members that the topics addressed do not give rise to antitrust problems.
